A fantastic approach to offer comments and ideas for upcoming additions on WhatsApp beta for Android, iOS, and Desktop is to share a concept.
a hypothetical design for a new privacy feature called Only Share With that would let users designate a whitelist of contacts who have access to their WhatsApp data. Currently, WhatsApp does not actually support this feature; it is merely a notion. In the future, we expect that this will assist in adding the feature to the platform.
When a user uses the “My contacts except” privacy setting, a privacy banner notifies them to check their privacy settings if they want to prevent the new contact from viewing specific information on WhatsApp. This reminder is crucial, in our opinion, as a lot of people overlook doing so after adding a new contact to their address book.
Please be aware that WhatsApp does not presently support the feature mentioned in this concept.
