- Some messages may be listed as delivered for specific persons right now, but WhatsApp is still unavailable to millions of users (08:47 UTC).
- After more than an hour, some customers’ access to the service has been restored (08:51 UTC).
- Some users may still have problems while sending messages (08:57 UTC).
- WhatsApp Business API is now operational (09:06 UTC).
- WhatsApp is back up and running: the service has been completely restored (09:15 UTC).
